Shipping Costs

EU: Shipping in the EU is now limited to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany because PPWR regulations. Please read this for more information.
United States: Due to strict customs regulations in the United States, we have stopped shipping to the United States.
United Kingdom and Brexit: Due to VAT regulations for small parcels in the UK, we have stopped shipping to the United Kingdom.

Shipping from € 4.95

Our webshop will always try to see if it is possible to ship your order as a letterbox parcel. Think of our keychains, t-shirts, and other flat items.

If this is possible, your shipping costs will be € 4.95 and the website will automatically offer this.

Parcel shipping € 6.95

We ship all other products with PostNL. This costs € 6.95 within the Netherlands.

Free shipping within the Netherlands?

Are you buying for more than € 85? Then shipping costs within the Netherlands are free!

Not always home? Parcel convenience!

It is also possible to have your order sent to a PostNL pickup point. You can choose which point is closest to you when paying for your order.

Delivery to countries outside the EU

As of 2022, we only ship to a limited number of countries outside the EU (Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, Japan & Korea). This is due to the increasing number of lost parcels, customs formalities, and problems with handling insurance claims for lost parcels.

For all orders where the delivery address is outside the EU (European Union), we do not charge VAT.

Parcels for countries outside the EU and the rest of the world are always shipped with a customs form. Not every country pays compensation in the event of loss.

Import duties outside the EU

Import and customs duties may be payable in the country of arrival. These are paid by the recipient. What these rates exactly are differs per country. So please be aware of this if you are sending a gift, as the recipient may have to pay import duties.

Track & Trace: Tracking parcels

Our parcels are shipped with a Track & Trace code. You will receive this code when we ship the parcel. With this, you can always easily check where your parcel is.
