How can I return something?

It may sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you're not happy with the product after all, or maybe there's another reason why you no longer want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs of returning the item from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package; please check your carrier's website for the exact rates.

PLEASE NOTE: You will only be credited the shipping costs if the entire order is returned. In the case of a partial return, the remaining products would still need to be shipped after all.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the seller with all accessories supplied and — if reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@hollandwinkel.nl. We will then refund the amount owed within 14 days of your return being registered, provided the product has been received back in good order.

Should the product be damaged, or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try out the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value of the product. So please handle the product with care and make sure it is well packaged for a return.
