Does the Holland Winkel ship to my country?
The Holland Winkels ships its many products to nearly all countries around the world. And that of course includes to our many satisfied customers in countries such as the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. And in Africa. And in Asia.
How can I pay for my order?
In addition to Ideal which is a Dutch payment gateways, Hollandwinkel.nl also offers Paypal, Visa and MasterCard for secure shopping and payment handling on the internet.
All orders shipped to an address within the EU are taxed using Dutch VAT.
Orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union are free of VAT.
Prices shown on the website always include 21% Dutch VAT.
This is deducted automatically by our webstore if the order is shipped to an address outside of the EU.
Please note that the country of destination may apply its own import taxes on receipt of the parcel. Please refer to your countries customs & excise department for more information.

Who do you ship your orders with ?
We ship our order using PostNL. PostNL is the largest post & package delivery company in the Netherlands and it has a worldwide network of partners.
How do you calculate the cost of shipment ?
The costs for delivery are charged based on the of country of destination and the total weight (included packaging and wrappings) of the order. See also our detailed Shipment Cost page.
Can I track my parcel ?
All our orders are shipped with a track & trace code, allowing you to follow your order as it makes its way around the globe.
Help my parcel hasn't arrived yet!
If a parcel, does not arrive within the time specified, increased with 2-3 weeks for delays, always inform us about it.
We can innitiate an investigation about the delay for non-delivery of the parcel by the Dutch Postal Service in co-operation with the Postal Service in your country of destination.
In general such an investigation will take at least 3 months. It is crucial to start this investigation within 6 months after the shipment of the missing parcel, otherwise getting compensation for the loss (if granted) will not be possible.
Compensation is not always given, there are exceptions. Not every country pays compensation, but most European countries do.

If your parcel arrives damaged with broken items in it, always make pictures and send them to email@example.com mentioning your name and ordernumber.
