Pins
Small, light and always a conversation starter: our Dutch pins. Pin a windmill, a bunch of tulips or an Amsterdam bike to your jacket, bag or cap, or choose a glass lapel pin featuring Girl with a Pearl Earring, The Night Watch or Van Gogh's Sunflowers. Miffy fans will find something here too. At just a few euros each, a pin is the perfect souvenir to wear yourself, add to a collection or give as a small gift.
Buy Dutch pins: a souvenir you can wear
Most souvenirs end up on a shelf at home. A pin goes with you. Worn on the lapel of a blazer, on a denim jacket or on a rucksack, it travels to work, on holiday and on to the next country you visit. Over time your jacket or bag starts to tell the story of everywhere you have been, and a Dutch windmill or tulip is a lovely chapter in that story.
De Holland Winkel has been selling Dutch souvenirs since 2002. In this category you will find our pins with typically Dutch and Amsterdam themes, plus a selection of museum pins featuring the great Dutch masters.
Which pins can you choose from?
Windmills, tulips and clogs
The classic Dutch icons in miniature: a windmill with clogs, a windmill in a tulip field, a Zaanse Schans-style windmill with green houses, a red tulip or a kissing couple in traditional costume.
Amsterdam and the bicycle
Canal houses, three tulips with "Amsterdam" and, of course, bikes in red and blue. A bicycle pin might just be the most Dutch badge there is.
Museum pins: Van Gogh, Vermeer and Rembrandt
Glass lapel pins with Van Gogh's Almond Blossom and Sunflowers, Vermeer's Girl with a Pearl Earring and The Milkmaid, and Rembrandt's Night Watch. Girl with a Pearl Earring is also available as a metal pin.
Miffy
The little rabbit Dick Bruna first drew in Utrecht in 1955 is loved all over the world. Choose a cheerful Miffy pin or a glass pin with Miffy among the flowers: fun for children and grown-up fans alike.
A piece of Dutch art on your lapel
The paintings on our museum pins hang in the best-known museums in the Netherlands. The Night Watch and The Milkmaid are on display at the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, Girl with a Pearl Earring hangs in the Mauritshuis in The Hague, and Almond Blossom is one of the highlights of the Van Gogh Museum. Van Gogh painted it in 1890 to celebrate the birth of his baby nephew. With one of these pins, you take home a memory of your museum visit that you will actually use.
